It was spring, then winter, and now they have removed the date all together. So I'm not even thinking about it anytime soon to be honest.cyborg_ninja-117 wrote:
Heh true, but 30 FPS with no AA and AF though...Kmarion wrote:

*wants it*
Meaning... that these are the FPS using Fraps, not just normal gameplay. Feel better? The Article wrote:
Using FRAPs and a full 5 mins run inside the game with High Quality settings, Phys on, noAA/AF, the max, min and average FPS are recorded.
on extremely immature drivers.
the technology of a killer rig is still in infant stage....my guess to run Crysis at full graphics with high FPS will prolly be launched at around July 2007...
Actually Crytek uses mostly AMD CPU´s and Nvidia 8800GTX Sli GPU´s for the showcases. There is a video made in Crytek central in Coburg germany where they run a level with average 50-60 FPS on a X2 4800+ (non océd) and dual 8800GT´s I´ll try to put this video up somewhere.
lol and thats WITH the Phys-X card
Will it run ok on my ZX Spectrum?
Yeah, you got it right there. Drivers make a big difference and there's a way's to go till that game is finished.Reciprocity wrote:

There is no way someone can predict benchmark readings besides the designer of the game(EA/Crytek) and even if they did it would be a beta wich is not out yet. IMO crytek will make the game requirements decent enough if they want crysis to be a big hit.totalcrysis wrote:
There have been some recent rumors about a Crysis benchmark posted up on a Chinese website. Crytek has contacted us today to say that they are in fact just rumors. Take a look:
