There's lots of evil people running countries, especially some of the african states, but it's no need to make the people of that country suffer any more than they already have. The people of Ethiopia are still paying countries like the US for weapons that were used against them by the dictator they had to overthrow to get their country back. Just my 2 penneth anyway.
