Can it be done, similar to smoke nade kill?

i think you have to hit them in the back of the head or somthing.

Find out, go into an empty server with a friend and throw a flashbang at the back of his head.
I've killed an APC with a flashbang. Im fucked if i know how it works, I just threw it to blnd the APC and sudenly it exploded . Too many other kills came up in time for me to ss tho
yeah there are people who have done it before, i think there are screenies floating somewhere around the forum.
That can be done very easy, just reset you local files to say that if you kill someone with X gun say that it was a flashbang kill, then take a screenie of it.11sog_raider wrote:

yup it can be done, hit them in the face or something when they have nearly no health left...
It doesn't even have to be "nearly no health".
A good grenade/flashbang hit to the head can take away quite a portion of health.

Done it several times with flashbangs and regular grenades. They must have had 2 or 3 bars of health left, plusi t's only worked for me when I hit them in the head. Sorry I don't have a sceenshot. You just have to take my word.

There's the proof. I have no idea how this message would come up without someone getting hit in the face with it.
Though I must say, how does one kill with the night vision goggles and gas mask?

As people said it probably does work, I got on a single player server and pegged one of the bots with it and it made that nice "thunk" sound.

Grenades can kil someone on full health, and i believe it can hit anywhere on their body
However, a smoke grenade kill is very rare- how many times have you seen it on a pub- in 200 hours i havent seen it once.
So just before a match, all of my clan mates were trying to get a smoke kill.
The enemy needs to be on very little health (3 bard max), the smoke grenade then needs to be a clean headshot to kill them.
I do not know about flashbangs, but i bet they will be the same as smoke grenades.
