I purchased a Gigabyte K8U-939 mobo just to get me through the holidays with my present video card. I have a GForce 5700. I know it sucks. I am going to soon be moving to SLI with a purchase of my first of two 7800 GTX GPU's. I am looking in the direction of the ASus A8N-SLI Deluxe. Do youthink that this is a good choice??
Yes but see here regarding Ram and processor info
Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe nForce4 SLi X16 (Socket 939) PCI-Express - the more expensive one, but get that because both cards will run x16
the older: Asus A8N-SLi Deluxe nForce4 SLi (Socket 939) PCI-Express - 1 card runs x16 but both cards in SLi will only run x8
If you are forking out on 2 7800GTX's it'd be worth your while getting the A8N32-Sli-deluxe
