there was one russian guy i forget his name who killed about 50 people mainly children, but prior to killing them hipnotised them so that they would follow him to bathrooms, corners, alleyways etc. he'd rape them (boys and girls) , kill them then cut them up and eat them. he was so famous when they eventually caught him, government agencies offered millions to have him in there own custody to study him. there was a movie based on his life story that was out only a few years ago.
