I've got only a couple of knife kills. How do you find out whose dogtags you have without writing it down when you see it in game? Does it show up at BFHQ?

I got a weird one today - Dzietje. His flag comes up as NA. There's a BF2 player of the same name from the Kingdom of the Netherlands but this guy, his flag is definitely not dutch.
Flag description: white background, red vertical line down middle, blue horizontal line across middle. Could be some kind of squiggle in the blue line but it could be my monitor.

I figured out the countries by going to my profile on the Official BF2142 Stats Website, doing the dogtag search. When you hover over the flag in a player's profile it displays their country's two letter abbreviation. Using that abbreviation just go to http://www.crayne.com/country.html and you can figure them out really easily.

I have no idea what country this is, just that I've never seen it's flag before ((I just spent like 40 minutes looking at tons of different flags from around the world...) and it hasn't been listed yet despite the fact that it appears quite a few people have his dog tags (336 knife deaths...ouch)

Okay, can someone tell me where this guy comes from: Jarda.P-CZ ?
He's on my dogtag list and I have assumed he's Czech but the flag bears absolutely no resemblance to anything except Libya - it's plain green with a gold crescent and stars. I've not found the flag on any website other than the BF2142 stats
