Depends on what you mean by good - it will work fine for you.
It is fast enough when you have 2 gigs worth
It will help your gaming out
5-5-5-10 timing is high but it will work for you as stated above
Is it the fastest stuff out there and the best performing for a killer gaming rig - no
Can it be overclocked - would not try

sleepy127 say his works great (his is Corsair Value vs  your OCZ value)

I'd say in this case, more slow ram is better than little fast ram.  especially for bf2.
I use corsair "value" ram, and its still pretty damned good stuff.

i just bought some OCZ ram too...but i didnt get the value.  i think i got the gold...or...whatever...i dont remember off the top of my head.

i think it was about $106 for 2x512mb.  latency is something like 3-7-7-8.

WTF do you need 667mhz ram for? Get some good quality 400. Unless you're certain your Mobo and processor can actually utilize that...

not 100% sure but i heard that you really can't feel the difference between normal ram(not super fast one) and value one unless you benchmark
