well i searched, and i cant find anything, so can sumone tell me how to cotact EA, suggesting that users should be allowed to change their usernames?

I dont think emailing ea will help. I think you d better call ea support in your country(i think the number is in your manual) and ask if they can help you out with this. Thats prob the only way of getting an answer on your question. Good luck anyways.
