What free programs are you guys using to skin your themes? I have use Stardock but it's not free.. ideas?

I had style xp, got the torrent version. I hated the stupid program. Would make your desktop look decent but it just fucked up so much and made everything run slower.
Then i got Vista Inspirat (another torrent), i really liked that for a while but then that stuffed up aswell. Now i go old school xp untill the reall Vista comes out at an affordable price.
