Try this. It's called MWSnap and good for taking snapshots of pretty much anything on display on your screen (not games though)

Easy to use, hassle free and hasn't let me down since I started using it.

It's different for different comps though. It might be Alt+Print Screen, it might be Function+Printscreen, of it might just be PrintScreen period. I have experienced computers with all three of those.

and its there, voila!!
