Summary of what we know so far:
General
* Engine optimized for multi-core processors.
* Makes use of physics engine for building destruction. Also, explosions will create massive craters in the ground.
* Grid based building placement system.
* There will be few units with that are effective against all unit types.

* About 60 minutes of FMVs.
* No Yuri.
* Tiberium Universe and RA universe officially separate.

* Sea battles will be crucial in this game.
* Most structures are placeable on water for extra cost.
* Air power will be also be important to be able to strike both land and sea based targets.
* Significant resources out at sea so naval presence can't be ignored.
* Amphibious units will be slightly weaker than dedicated air or sea units and can only leave shore on sand.
* Will have new version of the Hell March, but it will not be done by Frank KlepackiBeta
* Beta Keys included with many or most copies of C&C3: Kane’s Wrath; will be marked on cover of box.

Single-Player
* Single player campaign is designed for co-op play, either with someone else or AI.
* In SP every faction has three commanders who favor a certain style
* A monitor in the corner of the screen shows you the state of the AI and allows you to give four orders: attack or defend a unit or location, stop or help me. Without orders the AI will do its own thing.
* Mission locations include San Diego, Cape Cod, Amsterdam, Heidelberg, Easter Island, Mount Fuji and Santa Monica.
* Campaigns will be about 8-10 missions long.
* Japanese campaign to be unlocked after completing Allied and Soviet campaigns.
Storyline
Spoiler (highlight to read): - Soviets activate Chronosphere and assassinate Einstien. Return to find USSR intact, but under siege from Japan.
- The Soviet campaign will revolves around them trying to destroy both the Allies and the Empire of the Rising Sun.
- The Allied campaign will revolve around the maniacal US president who desperately wants the Soviets dead.
- The Empire of the Rising Sun campaign will revolve around the strained relationship between the Emperor of Japan and his son.Multi-Player
* Online matches will average at 20-30 minutes.
* In MP you can put units in friendly transports, use allied airfields and repair bays and you can give units to another player. You cannot, however, simply give your ally cash, which is designed to make giving units to another player a risk since the units might be ambushed en route to your ally.
* Time Bomb weapon can be chroned into the enemies base, but your enemy can chrono the bomb back, resulting in a hot potato until the bomb explodes. Also, displays a smiley face and says ‘Have a nice day’ before erasing you from existence.
Allies
* One of the allied AI commanders is Major Giles, a stiff upper lip British commander specialising in special weapons and aircraft, played by Beowulf actor Greg Ellis.
* Peacekeeper: Basic infantry comes with shotguns and riot shields.
* Guard Dogs: Can freeze enemy infantry in place with bark.
* Tanya will return.
* Guardian Tank: Has a rangefinder and can paint targets to boost damage to nearby units.
* IFV: Back from RA2
* Mirage tanks: Disguise itself as an enemy unit and also stealth allied forces
* Drone Aircraft: Scout unit.
* Cryo-Copter: Uses freeze ray and can also shrink units.
* Fighter and Bomber units have been confirmed.
* Assault Destroyer: Amphibious tank seen in screenshots.
* Hydrofoil Boat: Anti-Air Naval unit.
* Dolphins will return.
* Chrono-Sphere Back; Weather Control Machine replaced by Particle Cannon
* No Prism Tech
Soviets
* Conscripts: Come equipped with Ak-47s and Molotov cocktails.
* Mobile V4: Has an area of effect attack, and is amphibious.
* Apocalypse Tank: Can Harpoon and reel in units to make crushing easier.
* Kirovs: Will be reporting.
* Akula submarine: Can attack ships and train divers.
* Bullfrog Transport: Utilizes man-cannon to shoot infantry (including armored bears!!) onto land, and the units will parachute to the ground.
* Stingray Nasad: Tesla ship seen in screenshots.
* Iron Curtain Back; Rumors that they will not have nukes.
* Armored Bears: Replace dogs for Soviets. Made of pure awesome.
Empire of Japan
* Currently have the strongest navy.
* Many units can transform.
* Tsunami Tank: Amphibious tank.
* Seawing bomber: Aircraft that can transform into a submarine by falling into water.
