My mobile phone got stolen the other night from a night club and I'm still pissed off about it. I mean wtf, Im not so bothered about the phone yes it is a major ball ache to have to spend more money on a new phone, but it is all the phone numbers that are lost, no one can contact me, I can't contact friends coz I don't know any numbers, it has really screwed me over. The worst part is I am 100% certain I know who stole it, but what can I do, I've informed the police and given them the name of this piece of shit, but I just really wanna kick the crap out of the drugged up junkie. I'm usually quite a pacifist but this arsehole has really pissed me off, the scum bag walked passed the shop this morning laughing with a mate I nearly lost it, but it would me me that ends up in trouble with the police if I act on it in broad day light in the middle of town. I will get the fucker I know his name and where he drinks one night he will get such a kicking, as usual all thieving twats are cowards and he is well known for running from fights. It is scum like this that are the problem with this country, and the police do nothing I rang them up and guess what there was nothing they could do (big fucking surprise is that what I pay my taxes for)

This has had me wound up since sat night best apologise to my missus when I see her next.

Try to let the police sort it out first. If they do, and he's convicted, he goes to jail or something short term.
Then you can bring the hurt to him long term afterwords.

Keep the suspicion off yourself, dont grab him at all, close the hands into fists and hit him through his clothes, that way your knuckles cant leave the "print" on his face. If you would like to wale on his face a bit, pull his shirt over his head, commence beating him. use your feet, thats fine, but do it through clothes in case your shoe print gets left. Trust me, I shoulda been in trouble many times, and these are just a few things ive learned in my fights. Also helps to have ammonia if you think he could get a lucky shot and make you bleed, blood is useless if sprayed with ammonia.

Say "x and x" I was at such and such club the other night and someone told me you might have picked up my phone, did you? Make it as non confrotation as possible, if that doesn't work still his walet...

If it's a newer phone your provider might be able to track it by gps if it gets used.

You have my condolences my friend, it's sickening when you lose, or have stolen, something which is important in your life.

I say give the police a chance to pursue it first. Your network provider may have a record of the phone's serial number and that can be used to identify your phone if it's found.

If the authorities fail to meet your requirements, I think a damn good kicking is quite definitely in order.

They only trouble is, now you've reported it to the police, you'll be top of their list when they come to investigate. As always, it's the criminals who are protected by the law, not the innocent party. So if you're going out for revenge, don't report the crime.

Have you contacted your phone operator - Orange, O2 or whoever? They should be able to disable the phone, permanently.

yes I've cancelled the phone with O2
just wish I could get my sim card back
unfortunately have already reported it to the police
might be able to claim on my flatmates house insurance

There are always OTHER crack heads around willing to do almost anything for a little money. Just have a couple of them take care of your problem for you. That way you get your satisfaction worry free. All you have to do is wait to see the bruises.

Does conspiracy to commit bodily harm have a nice ring to it? The coppers would take that a LOT more seriously than a missing phone and would most likely follow it up. If some crackhead got busted for the assault, don't think for a second he wont bring up the fact that he was paid to do it. Seriously, how long do you think it would take for them to name you as an accomplice?

You've already lost your phone, why go and lose your mind as well?
