Noob, try running, pressups, crunches, chinups etc. None of them require any kind of kit.

Personally though, invest in gym membership, well worth it.

Well as it is i do hiking every other weekend or so, and do 3 reps of 20 press ups (slow wide armed and slow narrow armed) as well as 3 reps of 1 minute plank excercises on top of 2 reps of 20 bicycle crunches, 2 reps of 20 reverse leg lifts and  2 reps of 20 push throughs, just wanted to know if there was much more i could really do as this isnt doing too much. I alternate days btw. I wish i had something to do chin ups on but strangely i don't seem to have anything at all that would do.

yeah true m3thod 110% u can work out like crazy but I wouldnt call it diet but if u change ur life style then you can see the progress within your workouts.... also cant wait till I fucking heal up been on IR for over a month hope I heal up by the end of the month... then  I can start working out again

Cable Fly

Finished up the session with some wide arm chin ups, just to fuck me up even more.

Well, i can try and explain mine then you explain yours as best you can

I stand, pick up a couple of plates, 2 x 2.5kg for example. (I'm using 3 x 2.5kg plates at the moment and at the end of my session).
Hold the plates between your palms so they are vertical, so you're effectively squeezing them together so you don't drop them.
Now bring them up close to your chest at shoulder height and hold.
Slowly push your arms out so you literally make a diamond shape then eventually when you are at full reach you'll have made a triangle shape.
Then pull back in slowly, you should feel pressure on your pecs pretty much all the time. And repeat as necessary.
You can change the height at which you perform the execise and it'll hit different parts of your pecs. It'll also work your arms.
Also, if you are doing this at the end of your session and you've picked a moderate weight to work with, it should be FUCKING hurting and should NOT be easy.

This is mostly a beefcake thread, but I know the obvious routes of increasing stamina is cardio/sports which I already do, but if I want to go that step further, is there anything regarding diet/lifestyle that can be changed?

The topic for me is increasing stamina. Getting my lungs to work better. Getting my body to work better and all that shit
