I have a bunch of questions regarding compression, saving, and other things. If you are learned in the subject of movie making, especially if you know stuff about premiere pro 2.0, PLEASE contact me on x-fire or AIM (not sure if AIM is on my profile, if not, it's Onionpaste14). I will have a bunch of questions for you regarding some things that are really frustrating me. Thank you!

If you are looking into some hardcore editing and compositing you can either get Vegas, Premier, Combustion, AE, but they all cost money, they are not worth the money if you are going to make money of off it, so if you have WMM, stick with that, unless you wanna spend money

To compress vids:

Download VirtualDub - http://www.virtualdub.org/
Download xvid codec - http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/

1) Install Vdub and then the codec.
2) Open up your movie file in Vdub
3) Go up to Video > Compression
4) Scroll all the way down and you should see "Xvid MPEG-4 Codec"
5) Click that and hit OK
6) Go to File > Save as AVI
7) Pick location and make file name, hit OK
8) Watch it work

um yea and whats that called? Piracy, well i really wouldnt care, but thats just wrong, in my opinion, getting a pirated software, but i if you are not going to make money off of it, and use it for your own time, then yea, i would do the same thing

everything is piracy off the net

when u dl a song of limewire = piracy

when u watch a film thats not released = piracy

the world revolves around piracy im afraid

Eh, still have to get all the footage, I've been kinda lazy on that, after that I'll work on editing.
