So far i've gotten into 2 of the wake airfield buildings on accident.
One happened in like patch 1.2. I pulled my parachute the second before i landed on the roof, and i fell inside - Tried it since, and never had it work
The other happened patch 1.4. I spawned on a Squad Leader and she was inside the building.. Said she got revived and was inside, which I believe because shes a honest player..
There is a way to get into the building with a Heli, but its really hard to do. Took me about 15 attempts on a LAN server to get in.. not worth it.

About half a year ago I was playing the demo and jumped out of a helicopter as it was about to get blown up. I landed inside of one of the buildings at the MEC spawnpoint. My friend didn't believe me until I showed him my gun by running up to the wall. Didn't know you can reproduce it though.
