Not one person as of now. And I certainly can't play. I keep getting the EF error message saying to download EF. That's really annoying. It just started to happen today. How could this be? Can any of you attempt to play an EF map and see if you are getting the error also? If it is just me, then I don't know why I play EF anymore. Too busy playing Karkand/Warlord?

I played a few rounds of Great Wall - yesterday. I still think Great Wall is cool, despite of nade and claymore spamming. But I just recently discovered my love for Special Forces, after almost having given up BF2 completely, and as it is pretty hard to find good pinging Great Wall only servers with players on them, I think I'll just stick to SF.

EA must be fiddling with things in preparation for the 1.4 patch, don't know about AF but you're right - not a single person can get into a EF server

You don't need EF. You have SF now.
I just did a search for the three EF map names and yeah, seems a bit strange that only 18 people overall should be playing EF. I tried connecting to a server and received the same error message as you did. Seems indeed like a server side problem, probably once again with Gamespy?Hellogoodsir wrote:

I got onto the EA Smoke 24/7 server earlier today and got my SgtMjr promotion. However, later this afternoon - I noticed it was empty. Ive never seen that server empty...

They need to give out an Euro Patch (joke) what amkes the game more intresting ao more ppl will play it.
