Basically a decades long project to build sewers under Chicago to hold billions of gallons of water to stop flooding. We should be doing that to all of the coastal cities.
Public libraries are alright where I live. Surrounded by surburbia, (mostly) clean, good lighting, helpful staff. You can probably even avoid crusty pages if you stay out of the romance and manga. I'm not like RtHiKi who goes bonkers if he sees someone dozed off in a cushy chair.uziq wrote:
