Far Cry 4 worth it?
Anyone? I am seriously considering upgrading my GPU for it and MGS 5. I need practical advice.SuperJail Warden wrote:

My buddy has it for PS4. I watched him play for about 5 minutes. Looked fun.
Hope that helps.

Well, I went and bought it anyway. None of you are any help. Except pirana. Thank you, pirana.
It really bugs me that most new games come with a locked console and no cheats. I would love to be able to just mess around in a game without having to think about it. I bought Rome Total War 2 for $15 and played for 20 minutes. Probably never going to play it again since it is so constrained. I don't want a focused experience. I want to have fun.
Fuck you. You'll take what we give you.

Play on easy, that's almost like cheating.
Think this'll be the same disappointment that Watch Dogs was?

Final fantasy is fun. Very Kawaii

I had a dream Nintendo announced a Pokemon MMO. I would play the shit out of a pokemon MMO
I just want new HD versions of Bomberman and Tetris for the Wii U.SuperJail Warden wrote:

I can still play the old Wii versions, though the upscaled 480p graphics are not that pretty.
The most stupid thing however is, that you can use the Wii U's touchscreen gamepad nor the new pro controllers.
The new Tetris Ultimate has been released or announced for all platforms (including the 3DS), except the Wii U.
How do you feel about paid mods? I think the concept has a lot of potential but don't expect Valve to do the right thing in handling it.
If it's a conversion mod like Blitzkrieg for Company of Heroes or aix for bf2 I'd happily donate/pay, they're better than the main game. Paying $2 for a set of armor when I can get the game for $5 on sale. nah.
Other than that any mod I mod would want would likely be illegal to sell. Like sim racing cars and tracks.
Valve doesn't handle much well initially. Greenlight had lots of shit get through. Big picture mode was right below the x for a long time and activated using the xbox button which is the same button used to check battery. Customer service sucks. 100mb workshop size is dumb.

There are a lot of mods like AIX which were worth buying. I hope this leads to more big mod projects rather than armor and skins.
The crappy thing is that a lot of those big projects build upon other smaller mods. It can get complicated when it comes to who rightfully deserves to get paid for innovating.

Well that came and left quick.
It'll be back. Just reworked in a way to make it palatable.
I remember when things like this book were sold in stores. Bundled a bunch of instructions, as well as maps, mods, and utilities on disc. But this was a day and age when people were used to sometimes paying for shareware in-store.
I suppose since so many people buy little stuff like TF2 hats, there will be a market for horse armor mods on Skyrim. As much as I wouldn't mind supporting the efforts of budding developers, the games themselves are so cheap that spending too much on things to make them more playable would seem like a bit of an excess.
