Hotline Miami gets better as new weapons and bigger levels are introduced. Think I picked it up from the humble bundle so it was good value

Bought Assassin's Creed Black Flag. Naval warfare is kinda fun. The rest is slash, hack, stab, shoot, block, repeat as usual.

Sadly I'm not surprised they're turning this way. Call of Duty made so much damn money even if it was a shitty, ADD game, that everyone is trying to copy it. Purely for the money and nothing else.

Military FPSs as a genre have plateaued. If you like shooting things you have to go to an entirely different setting like the ones in Bioshock, Fallout, and Deus Ex. The latest ones in those series have all been A+.

The only good thing about BF Hardline are the re-introduction of the zipline, grappling hook and gas masks.
I would have preferred it much more as an expansion pack for BF4, just like BF2:SF was.

I played the beta a little and it's utter chaos, like a Michael Bay movie.
And cops have Stinger missiles.

I bought Far Cry 3 + that 80s retro thing, Stanley Parable, and Saints Row 4. Almost bought that XCOM expansion but it was more than $10 so I didn't.

Don't know why I bought it to be honest.

Far Cry 3 is a weird experience. All the natives have New Zealand accents and speak Te Reo Maori. Never come across that in a game before. Reminded me of Star Wars Episode 2 where everyone was played by Temuera Morrison.
