Has anyone done it on here? I remember .Sup did it a while back, but has anyone done it recently?

How long do you need to leave it to dry for? Do you need to let it discharge for a while before you sling it in the washer? What's the best way to let it dry?

dishwasher drying cycle would get it most of the way there. Outside of that I'd say a day at low humidity. Personally I would not do it if it were an expensive (non-medical) keyboard.

Did it a while ago with a generic logitech keyboard. Don't do it with a keyboard that has a screen or macro key or any of those. Alternatively, remove all the keys and just wash them.

Whipped all the key caps off, and dumped them in a container with boiling water and bleach. Took the keyboard to the bathroom and used the shower on it, then got some cotton buds and worked my magic with them. Looks so much better, it's drying on top of the radiator now.

I just blow them out with a air compressor then wipe it with a soapy rag. If I cant get the sides of the keys I'll remove them and wipe them with the rag.

Haha, no. Just never bothered to clean it our before. And I tend to drop fag ash on it but just blow it off. Guess some falls in.

I didn't dishwasher mine, but I ran it under the sink and rinsed it out real good. Left to dry for a day, and used a compressed air can to make absolutely sure all the junk and moisture was out.

Plugged it in and half my keys weren't working. Had to get a new, inferior, keyboard. Shit sucks. Don't do it.
