probably not so much anymore, they have become quite mainstream now. Chances are, the one hiring you has one.

It depends on the job too. At my work there's a girl who changes the colour of her hair every week, wears gothic clothing and has a bunch of piercings in her face. The only thing that affects her getting shifts (she's a casual) is her sometimes lateness and is a little unreliable.
I will admit, shit stuck all in their face would be enough to reject any applicant.

So it's been three days now and my tatt is healing up exceptionally well. Very little scabbing, if you could even call it that, no peeling and it's less painful to accidently brush it on clothing

Starting to think about another one... and so it begins!

This. Healing can take up to 2 weeks. Just make sure you keep it cremed up, makes the process alot smoother (no pun intended). Don´t use vaseline though.

I had my entire forearm done from wrist to bend in my elbow ( the ditch ).   Healing took about 3.5 weeks and it drove me absolutely bat shit with the itching. Took 6 hours to do, not sure I wanna sit through another session like that, or could.

It's just that unless it's a military tattoo must people would think someone with a partial sleeve is trashy. It's just not proper. The same way most people would think that someone with their pants on the ground was trash because not wearing a built is not proper.

It's funny that saggers bother you but having your arm inked up is perfectly normal. That's all.

One has got nothing to do with the other. Tattoos are generally not offensive, although they can be. Walking around in your fuckin underwear with your pants around your ankles is a whole different Jerry Springer show.

Ya know, there has got to be a line somewhere in the sand regarding personal appearance and what is accepted in normal society.

I happen to think walking around with your ass hanging out and your pants around your ankles crosses that line.

I suppose with your argument and your freedom of expression, you would have no problem with the pilot of the airplane you are flying on showing up in assless chaps  and a leather gimp mask wearing nipple clips.

So please lets drop the "what are you a communist", argument

Neither are offensive. Neither offend me at all.

It's just a reflection on the person. That's it. A partial sleeve or full sleeve on a guy automatically looks low rent. Most people see it that way.

That's a full sleeve. A partial sleeve, what lowing has, is from the elbow down.

lol I think you got that backwards Machbeth. Most people that are walking behind some gangsta wanna be thinks he is pretty "low rent". Tattoos are on people from all walks of life and all backgrounds. My tattoo is very tastefully done, and it is personal to me. and as expensive as they are, is hardly "low rent".
