Can't wait can't wait can't wait. Definitely excited for this year. Should be interesting to see what Nintendo's new console is, how/if Sony responds to the PSN outage during their announcement and what MS has in store.

My predictions:

MS will show off Kinect's -gasp- not just kid friendly games.
Sony's NGP named, actually looks cool
MW3 looks like a total rehash of MW1/2, looks like shit, people will still fall in love with it
Huge push for OnLive in the PC community
Skyrim majorly shown off, looks fucking fantastic
Metal Gear Solid Rising gets Kinect support (dear god yes)
Bioshock: Infinite wins game of show

Less likely but still possible:

GTA V announced with teaser trailer
MGS5 announced
ME3 gets multiplayer

Highly doubt:

HL3 announced
Fallout 4 announced for 2012 release

Rockstar doesnt even have a booth.. I'd move GTA to highly doubt. Kojima already said no MGS5.

I got tickets for the family and a couple of my son's friends. Tickets sold out in one day. And Convention center parking was sold-out in a couple days as well.

Kinect will be able to use motion-sensing wireless controllers as an additional option. Sony did that with their eye-toy, Microsoft may decide to just copy them.

Wow, that is pretty dumb. Just go with PSP 2 and be done with it.

It does look very intriguing though... depending on the price and my income at the time, I might be inclined to pick it up.
