That's min specs right there, imo.
My old 6800GT, which I got for BF2, could still play new games coming out only a year or two ago.Ty wrote:
My PC is feeling the years a bit but it has proved itself on more than one occasion to be up to the task of some of the more hardware intensive stuff. BF3 may pose a challenge but I think it can pull through. Tell you what, my Gigabyte 9800GTX+ has certainly proved it's worth over the years.
you'll need vista or win7 though, BF3 wont support winXP.M.O.A.B wrote:

They say that if you can run BC2 well, you can run BF3.
BC2 required a computer around that level if you wanted it to run non-sluggish. That's probably going to be around the 'recommended' requirement for BF3 too since they will essentially be the same game.Camm wrote:

i cant see it needing that much to run at min.
i mean... wtf are you gonna need to run full? 990x and tri-sli 580s? nope
BC2 was also a console port. BF3 is being developed first and foremost for pcDUnlimited wrote:

Memory is cheap these days. No drooling allowed for RAM. That 420 GPU sucks though. Get at least a 460.Graphic-J wrote:
As in theory as there are no spec requirements for it yet byt
Can this PC be good enough for high settings on BF3.

CPU is meh? It's the fastest quad core on the market and beats AMD 6 cores...Camm wrote:
