I was running through my golds for shottys today when it struck me that the USAS is just a crappier version of the Siaga. With less damage, more recoil, a slower reload time, and the same clip size, there is no reason what-so-ever to use this gun. Sadly this isnt the only pair of guns with an inferior counterpart. The same goes for the Type 88 LMG and the PKM etc. I do realize that the USAS was nerfed to the point where it is now unusable, but didnt EA see that coming? I want to have an edge with every gun I use, so I have reason to use them. It's a waste if a perfectly good weapon when they destroy stats by means of nerfing of beefing.

In my experience the USAS was a pure rapemachine, but that was a few months ago, might have been before EA got word of its awesomeness.

Dude the Type 88LMG is insane, already got platinum on it. Learn to aim with it and it will kill fast like every other gun.

The type88 is awesome when I need something between the m249 (short range squad killing) and the m60 (medium to long range).

Case&point. With the Type 88 being the third unlock and dwarfing most of the other LMGs, why go back to some piece of shit like the PKM?
