Depends on what I'm thinking about, lulz.

Anything related to english I think in english, anything related to norwegian I think in norwegian.

neutral stuff like, say, maths, I think in whatever language I learned it. If I think about maths, I think in Norwegian because I learned my maths in Norway. If I'm thinking about the alphabet, I think in english because I learned the alphabet in the US.

Normally dutch (primary language). Unless occasionally english, french or german in that order. Depends on the situation (like if you save the world, then my speech will be in english. If it involves a hot french-speaking collegue, then it's french, ...) But normally the language you grew up with.
