Which one and why?

First I thought I'd say Engineer because of the ability to counter vehicles at distance and quiet kills with SMG ... and it's my most used class. However ammo is still a problem for Engi. Assault has the versatility of C4, smoke, unlimited ammo, and XM8 my weapon with most kills. So ... Assault it is.

OT: Recon. Motion mines and the ability to be useful at long range and short is a win.

Completely agree, Macbeth. Just wanted to start some good ol fashioned discussion on the game like we used to do w/ BF2. Threads in most of the BC2 forums I peruse seem to be either celebrating one's latest badge or bitching about a certain weapon.

Recon. C4, motion balls, mortars, and when you throw in some of the unlocks like the Saiga, Thompson, G3 etc you have a fairly well-rounded kit.

Recon; you can still have some people use assault rifles while others snipe, motion mines should prevent a lot of your buddies from getting killed, and being able to mortar or use C4 should stop any armor.

No. Nelson Bay conquest is awful. Even worse is the terrible lighting glitch that turns the screen into a sun when you look down the scope.
