I found it cheaper to buy the complete edition over purchasing the af and ef addons, so i did.
I uninstalled my original (fully working) BF2 deluxe edition, rebooted the machine.
I then installed the Complete Edition, but it would only install bf2, not spec ops or af and ef.
I tried to manually install spec ops, its starts to install, then just closes and disappears, I did
manage to install the addons from the root of the dvd, but spec ops will not install for love nor money.
Its also patched to 1.41
any clues welcomed this way.

Ive had no running problems with the deluxe edition so i dont this the machine is at fault.
