It's not HDR but it looks pretty damn good. I've had some of my stuff confused with HDR by applying that technique.

Yeah I saw that. I was trying to work some magic in Photomatix with multiple shots except they all turned out grainy or not as expected when put together. A decent tripod would probably help. I was using a monopod since the attachment that screws into the camera broke off my tripodKmarion wrote:
