Noob Question: What does the number next to Frames Per Second mean?

Hi,

I just typed "renderer.drawfps 1" into the console to show the number of frames per second I am getting as shown by the number on the left.

However, what does the number to the right of this, as shown in the screenshot below, mean?

Is it good to have a high or low value for this?

Ah ok thanks for the reply. So basically represents the same thing. The lower the number the better then.
