Mine isn't even a gameplay moment. I have to say my favorite is on Shock and Awe where the marines land and you see a tank roll over a car as the awesomest 10 second guitar solo ever plays.

All ghilled up and the final scene of the game( before the VIP mission)
All ghilled up (so fun to try and get though that killing every enemy (not the tanks, but, everything else) and very posable).

First mission on the ship... feel so freakin slick, as a matter of fact I feel like Sam Fisher all over again... just so cool. Then the adrenaline hits when the ships start to sink and everybody's rushing to the top,most epic 1 min 17 seconds eva!

All Ghillied Up and Death From Above are amazing, immersive sections and they're really the only missions I go back and play again.
There´s no special moment for me. The whole singleplayer campaign is just a series of shitting bricks!
But one moment, that kinda humored me for a long time is when Warpig shoots the T80 (?) through the building. I overheard the soldier saying "Holy shit, did you see that?!" the first time cause I said the exact same thing. I still jump off from my chair in cheers after that!!

I didn't like the AC-130 mission at all. No risk, no way to die, and the things you were shooting at were just little white blobs who wouldn't shoot back. Also it seemed like it was there for the sake of being there. At least with the Sea Knight part you were doing something relevant to the plot, in the AC-130, you were just clicking in the general area of some blobs.
Death From Above. Always wanted to see how it was in the gunner sights of an AC-130. Fucking badass.

I always wondered, you know in the mission crew expendable, after you kill the drunk dude and the sleeping fellas in the bunks and move out onto the deck, why is it the two guards don't see a filthy blackhawk flying about.
