Which of these games are best for Gmod 10? I'm not sure, so i should leave it to the experts...

EDIT: games CS:S or half life 2

Either, you only need a Valve Source engine game. Though if you want to use Counter-Strike Source content in Gmod 10 then you'll need the game. I imagine the same applies vice-versa to Half-Life 2.

OK so both work with their own props, but wich looks better, has more servers... etc.

You'll be getting the same game with either. There will be the same amount of servers and it'll look the same.
