Poll
What's the Best Multiplayer Shooter?
Crysis | 10% | 10% - 8 | ||||
CoD4 | 89% | 89% - 69 | ||||

both equal in my mind, crysis has a pretty good mp mode and cod4 has good intense firefights.
correct grammar is 'better,' not 'best'
fix title plox
edit: the question will truly be answered once competative gaming for both starts, and whichever game gets more people wins

umm BF2 actually....
Cod4 coz it's not a pretentious game that can be used in any computer.
Haven't played Crysis, but CoD4 is the best game I've played in a long time. I'd say wait about 6 months until after Vista SP1 and people start getting nex-gen computers to really compare the two.
I thought the choice would have been COD4 or BF2, Crysis is for me a SP game and ranks nowhere as a MP game.
Methinks you're missing out CS: Source, Team Fortress 2, Unreal 2004 / Unreal 3, and Call of Duty 2. All of these games are still huge in the competitive/serious Multiplayer department.
I thought Crysis' Multiplayer was widely regarded as a bit of a joke, and a huge flop :\. And, I'd still say it's early days yet to see if Call of Duty 4 has what it takes to follow in the footsteps of the previous games-- the release hype has barely even died down.

I think he was just asking which is the better out of the 2, not best of all time.Uzique wrote:

CoD4
Crysis has crap MP tbh, while the SP was awesome (but so was CoD4 SP).
CoD4 clearly.
CoD4 clearly.
Crysis multiplayer was just a thrown in the game as a second thought... So CoD4 gets the vote for me...
none of the above, but COD4 because I dont know what the other game is
crysis id say for SP.
COD4 for multiplayer
COD4 for multiplayer
bf2
LMAO slightly unanimous eh?
