I don't know if you know this but, if you go to "...steam/steamapps/youraccounthere/counter-strike/cstrike/sound" and make a folder called "ui" and put a song (.mp3 works, I haven't tried any others) and name that song to gamestartup1.mp3, then when you start css and the menu comes up, that song will start playing and will continue to do so until you (1) quit, or (2) join a server. Changing settings/options will not affect anything. Of course, you probably all know this already, thereby defeating the purpose of this thread. However, I did search and did not find anything.
Certain league's Anti-Cheat's do that with mario tunes etc. so I'll stick with them.
