well just having purchased this game i have to say what a game.

anyways for those interested in purchasing it i thought u may want to see the system requirements before hand

mods feel free to delete/close if you fell its irrevavent/inapropriate.

yea i fit into high catagory

but im still running high/med settings as its a dinosaur for resources haha

cracking game and ie only played it for 1 hour or so

really worth the cash.

With the high system requirements, does that mean 60fps on max?

What settings will a E6300 @ 2.4ghz, 2gb ram and a 8800GTS run nicely at?? looks like it fits between medium and high

I run it on a system very much like that at the highest settings my monitor will allow (1680x1050), it runs perfectly with no slowdown whatsoever, ever.

Im a happy chappy now, Getting me an XFX 8800GTS 320 in april.. or maybe a 640 if prices on them crash enough for my £200 buget Will get this with it i think

What the hell? According to this I don't even get the 'recommended' specs, I got:

AMD 64 3200+
Geforce 7900GT
2 Gb RAM

BUT the game runs perfect with everything set to high!
I play at 1280x1024 with anti-alias on, viewdistance nearly max, and textures+effects on max.
and STILL the game runs better on my PC than BF2!

Those reqs are either a bunch of rubbish or only relevant for multiplayer.

I get  17 fps max on all high with my system. Whats really sad is that i get 17 fps max on minimum as well... see my sig for my specs...

I just ran the MP demo.. on max my E6300 @ 2.1, 2gb, and 7800GS AGP overclocked (way past its limits..) gets like 17fps->40fps depending whats on the screen (and no, not when i look at the floor/sky)

Not too bad i guess, considering the high specs is an 8800
