anyone care to explain what this game is about? I'm a Lil confused with the hole island scene and weird power stuff, and military on it?. and also hows it gonna be multi-player.

My comp is jacked up and ready for this game all i need is a better vid card cause my gt 7900 is not dx10.

EDIT: and i have to upgrade to windows vista . Anyone know release date for this game? since its been changed so many times.
