I prefer the Jerries because the PanzerIV is the best damn tank, it has almost no arc at all.
For vanilla 1942, probably US for the thompson and the garand.
For FH still the US for the M1 Thompson, M1 Garand, M1C/D Garand Sniper, and the M1 carbine, though I'm a fan of the german Stg44 with the scope.
