Defrag your hard drives (all of them if you have more than one internal), turn off any background programs & try again. I got almost 500 more points by turning off my widgets & defragging & my puter has only been alive for about 3 weeks.

What kind of RAM do you have too?

*Edit:* I got 611 with a P4 3.4GHz, 2 GB generic ram & a lame ass graphics card so yours isn't really that bad...

DDR2, and after that I have no idea.

I just OC'ed my 7600 to 627Mhz core and 1.57Ghz memory and I got a lower score on 3dmark.
