i've got this footage, and i know for a fact hes got sumthin goin on. thru the whole round he managed impossible shots, but i managed to grab what seemed the most fishy to me. and got frustrated cuz my comp handles shitty frames. but is this, in your opinion enough to say cheater? i'm only releasing the demo file to the clan in question which is not disclosed, but contact has been made and they will see the video as well.

i think it does look a little dodgy because at the part with the suddenly snapping to the other enemy if you watch the guy he just killed there is like no over kill, you know what i mean like an extra 1 or 2 shots after he dies which most players do accidentally or they meant to do it.
