Gamers aren't "gamers" only if they play computer games.  Hell, computer games probably wouldn't even exist without consoles.  Which, I know, is somewhat ironic considering that consoles wouldn't exist without computers.

Incorrect. PC Games almost did not come into existence because PCs back in the 80's were not designed with games in mind, because of the existence of consoles. However in 1984 the console market crashed. Since there was no good way to make money on the consoles (Atari, Intelevision and Coleco) Electronic Arts (yes, our beloved EA) which was a new company decided to make their first few games PC exclusive. Well many of these games became large successes, such as the first Madden Football games and the early Ultima games. Then the consoles got back on their feet at roughly the same time with Nintendo's NES console being introduced into the market.

In short Consoles almost killed PC gaming before it started, but the console makers fucked themselves over and we should all be giving EA and Nintendo epic blowjobs right now for preventing both PC and Console games from getting fucked.

when i play TF2 i am the team, i win the games as the people in TF2 just camp as thats basically what the game is made for, as the maps generally favour camping

No, but The Orange Box had good singleplayer, 4 games of it.
And there are no ranks in TF2, but the great thing about a rank system is that it gives you something to look forward to, something to work for, which doesn't work when you can get to the last one within a week.

CoD4 you can work for stuff, the challenges and the ranks when you start, constantly playing for ranks makes people idiots and makes the game less gun, StatsRLife?

and yeah, WWII has been done a lot, but not the pacific side.

in CoD chosing different guns gets you different amount of grenades etc or in CoD2 you get smoke grenafes with some guns, apart from lacking names like medic and assault it is basically exactly the same as BF2

Go to a nocrits server.

which is basically a modded server as it isnt vanilla
so go join a no perk server, or better yet actually play some actual mods, which tf2 lacks

Martyrdom = kiddies who die so often they need that extra boost, just don't hang around corpses
Grenade launchers = killed maybe once a round by these, no big issue
Last Stand = free headshot

p90 = far inferior to the M4, AK-47, or G3 at medium/long range

COD4 lacks depth, strategy, variation or originality. This effectively makes it as bland as Counter-Strike. The single player is ok but the multiplayer is everyone running around like headless chickens. The only gamemode which is worth playing is search and destroy which, surprise surprise is an exact clone of Counter-Strike's demolition gamemode except the team has to pick up the bomb rather than a random person starting with it.
