Nose; I don't snore, and I don't drool all over myself.

However, there have been a few rare times where I'm just so outrageously tired I'll fall asleep with my mouth open and start choking on my spit (if I'm on my back), or wake up with my pillow soaked in saliva.

Mouth, but neither do I choke on spit or wake up in a puddle of drool.

But I have an eyewitness case of the time I fell asleep in such a way that I had the pillow wedged in my mouth and I'd breathed through my nose all night.
