the main application i use it for is my filework. (this has NOTHING to do with PCs.)
i use a tungsten carbide bit, and what takes most makers 3-6 hours to complete, literally takes me 10-20 minutes....granted, if i slip, i scrap a piece of steel, but the labor/time ratio is GREAT, and my hands are almost perfectly steady, so it works out.

i use it for EVERYTHING though....and im sure you would find it really useful as well.
i have since moved on to a more expensive industrial rotary machine, but only because of daily 9-5 use.
