My birthday's in a month and 2 days (April 17th ) and I'm going to pick up a shitload of games with my money. I need a list of games to get.

List of what I already have:

Company of Heroes (Original, not Opposing Fronts)
Flight Simulator X
Crysis
BF2 (SF/AF/EF)
BF2142
The Movies
CS:S
DOD:S
HL2 + Ep's 1 + 2
Audiosurf
TF2
Portal
Garry's Mod
CoD4
GH III
Rock Band
Halo 3
NHL '08

I also have a 360, but I prefer RTS's and FPS's on the PC.

So...shoot.

Rainbow Six:Vegas 2?  Coming out next week, I personally plan on picking it up, you have the luxury of getting it for either 360 or PC.

Check Dark Sector. Looks promising, it's for the 360.

I was thinking so far that, World in Conflict and Sins of a Solar Empire. Can't think of 2 other games. Maybe I'll buy a G25 and a badass speaker system along with NFS: ProStreet.

Mmm. Perhaps. I still need to finish the campaign of the normal CoH! I got up to St. Fromond, it crashed on me and I haven't played since.

Sci-Fi/Fantasy RTS game. With Flame-Tanks, ninjas, mutants, railguns and other cool stuff. Its got the best story of any RTS I've ever played and the gameplay focuses allot less on mirco-management than most "strategy" games do these days. CnC3 in its current patch as little bugs and very good balance.

Controls are your standard RTS, right-click is move, left select. Controll+1 - 9 asign group. But it also has hotkeys to quickly queue up stuff, none of that selecting your building and clicking on an icon, you can queue units in the middle of the battle. So yeah it also has really great controls and HUD that make it allot better.

If you like RTS's that are a good blend of grand-strategy and microing units you need CnC3, if you like those unstrategy games that are more about the direction that one single unit is facing than about actual strategy than go for Company of Heroes or World in Conflict.

ballroom blitz!!
It was like lightening,
Everybody was frightening,
And the music was soothing,
And they all started grooving.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

And the man at the back said everyone attack and it turned into a ballroom blitz
And the girl in the corner said "Boy I wanna warn ya" and it turned into a ballroom blitz

Ballroom Blitz!!

Sounds fun. I'll compile a list of games, and then choose from that list.

If you're going to get either Company of Heroes, get the Gold edition that has Opposing Fronts as well as the original.

WiC's still cool, but it doesn't look like it caught on as well as I'd hoped.
