... have been waiting for the PS3 version with PS2 compability to get back on the market but it won't so i will have to buy a PS3 any day now ... and GT5 prologue

It's not a demo, granted it's not the full game. It's basically worth the £18 price tag that it is. It's got 16 player online too and some other stuff, and the fact that the "proper" game won't be out until 2009, it's well worth it IMO.

Yeah, 39 cars in it I believe. And 8 tracks? Fuck, NFS Most Wanted (a full game) had less cars if I'm not mistaken.

The full game, for $20 more, will have hundreds upon hundreds of cars, more tracks, possibly crash damage (downloadable patch or so I hear).

The full game costs £40 and will be released in Spring 2009, the Prologue costs £18 and will be released in a few weeks. I'd say it's worth it. The fact that it's had around a million pre-orders in Europe means alot of people understand it like that too.
