Is anyone else finding it hard to stick to one game at a time. I've been playing CSS for a while now and I've been offered a slot in a CAL-0 clan. I rejected the offer to stay with my current clan who is more about fun that competing. Anyways, with the chance of a professional CS career starting, I'm still considering if I just stick to casual gaming and switching in between CS, bf2 and wow or just sticking to CS, putting a bit more time in and make something of it.

Has anyone her been in this situation, where your faced between playing pr0 or just sticking with your friends and fucking about on random pub servers and playing, sigh..., wow!

i've done both. i played in on a team in DoD. We also played other games for fun. and i would just go play with other friends in other games too. you dont have to just stick to one game.

I usually play one game for awhile, then switch to another one, and play that for awhile, etc.

Even if I had the opportunity to join a competitive clan, I wouldn't.
I don't like games turning into "srs biznus".

If you're serious about pro-gaming, hone up on your Starcraft.

Casual gaming. I'm not gonna spend tons of hours each night practicing to win a match in the hopes that one day I'll make it to the CPL.
