Ive got to kill the final boss, the big thing that comes out of the water, and i need to destroy its cannons with a TAC cannon...but WHERE THE FUCK IS THE TAC CANNON!!!!

You were supposed to pick it up from the bottom-floor Armory building before you headed to the deck in the first place. It's the huge nuke cannon that the doctor/scientist shows to you when you very first arrive on the aircraft carrier- you know, when you're all strapped into that chair having 'diagnostics' ran on your suit and whatnot.
I destroyed the cannons with the Gauss rifle anyway- they die in 1/2 shots. Then when they're down I used the TAC cannon.
