For flames: Im not saying Foo Fighters suck or anything, or Nirvana > all ... Im kind of trying to say that I believe that Dave Grohl was a lot better in Nirvana that he really is in Foo Fighters (Live basically)

This poll is just the general liking of each band, not for one reason or the other... they are both epic imo.

I was watching the Grammys the other night and saw Dave Grohl perform, and it was pretty atrocious...

Edit: I forgot, Foo Fighters don't sound so great live compared to other bands. I still like them though.

This shouldn't be a comparison. Nirvana is epic, go down in history type of band, Foo Fighter, at least for the first 2 albums were good. Now they suck and is washed out.

Well, i never really liked nirvana, mostly because of Kurt's poor choice of time to play shotgun mouthwash and take the easy way out. Lets not forget there were things living under rocks that were better guitarists than Mr. Ihatemylifeimgoingtokillmyselfandmakeeveryonelikeme Kobain.

As well, both are grunge, which is basically wannabee rock/metal/punk/pop/FUCKING EVERYTHING, but i like foo fighters more simply because none of them have gone emo on us yet.

And remind myself why i needlessly bumped a 2 week old thread? Fuck! I get sidetracked too easily.
