I love Rockstar so much. I know that when these things are announced, they'll follow through and won't disappoint, unlike many other game companies.

I was going to get a PS3 just for MGS4, but then I was kind of weary. But now with GTA IV coming out and these new details, it might just tip me towards buying one. Eh but I'll probably wait until PS4 or something before I buy PS3, way too much money for me to spend on a console at the moment, heh.
I'd wait till it comes out on PC or go for the 360 version - Works still in progress for the PS3 game at the moment and lets just say it's a bit buggy still

And oh yeah the release date is gonna be 29th April!!!

Edit :
LOL Got beat on my breaking news!! That'll teach me to go out and get pissed with him
And yeah the game is the pwn too -Difficult choice had to be made- Stag do in Warsaw or Beta test the game..
I chose Stag - not difficult really- Playing one of the major games of the year, or Vodka and beer in a city full of stunning women!!

You're running down the street, chased by two members of the fuzz, you have to smash a car windo open and hotwire it, this is going to be so much harder, but you know what, this will make it the best GTA game yet. I can't fucking wait.
You know, you can still carjack people.

If they removed that option, I'd have to kill some fukkaz.

Also, you can now shoot all around your vehicle, but you have to punch out your window first. GOD, I can't fucking wait for this game.
Why cant you just roll the window Down?

More stuff!

In what Houser says is his favourite GTA IV mission, players are tasked with assassinating a character who's laid up in the hospital. How gamers achieve this goal is completely up to them, whether they decide to quietly sneak in through a window, boisterously bust through the front door guns blazin' or don scrubs and simply turn off the mark's life support.

" Graphically, there are layers of realism not found in the previous over-the-top Vice City and San Andreas editions of the game. In GTA IV if players hit a newsstand, papers go flying through the air. Bump into an electrical pole and sparks may surge. With new technology from NaturalMotion, characters can spontaneously react to their surroundings."

The gamemakers are also injecting conventions found in a totally dissimilar gaming franchise: “The Sims.” Social interaction is heavily embedded throughout “GTA IV.” Bellic can go online at Internet cafes in Liberty City and access over 100 fictitious websites. He can cultivate relationships with other characters through cell phone calls, e-mails and quality time at bars, comedy clubs, cabarets, bowling allies and strip clubs. Yes, strip clubs.

That's fucking COOL. It reminds me of the Sopranos a bit. This is truly going to be like an assassin's game...in a Sandbox world. I've got high expectations, Rockstar. Don't let me down.
