My ex called me last night, apparently our dog ate something really bad while they were out and she (the dog) vomitted and shat the whole evening. They went to the clinic, and she had to be put on an infusion

She isn´t allowed to eat anything until this evening when we have to get back to the clinic for a recheck.

Although she seemed fine this morning

Molly watching the old people play bowls behind my house. As usual.

So... a Boston Terrier picked a fight with my dog the other night, while it was at my brothers house and I wasn't around. You can guess what happened, Boston terrier < 20 pounds, my dog ~ 75-80 pounds. The girl who owns the terrier waits until the next night, when the dogs face has swollen up, to do anything about the cut. Then she freaks out, calls the vet, and is ready to take the dog in for emergency surgery, probably thinking I would foot the bill.

I have to get up, go see the dog and tell her that all it needs is a cleaning of the cut and some antibiotics for its face so that she doesn't take it in. She ends up waiting until today to take it in, and guess what, it only needs a cleaning of the cut and some antibiotics...

Does anyone else here get pissed off at stupid people who buy little dogs, don't train or socialize them, and then get all uppity when their dumb ass dog tries to fight a dog 4 times its size?
