ok, so one of the guys in work is hooked on WoW, and he has started to talk more freely about it as I have been talking about playing LOTRO. Our company is moving office at the end of the month, and instead of hiring a removal company to move everything from one office to the other the bosses ha said that they will pay us to do it for them. Maybe about £250 each on top of what we would be getting anyway.
So we are all talking about the extra money and what it could be spent on. The WoW addict turns round and says he has the money spent already, to which I reply-ed "Yeah same here, probably use it to buy my new monitor".
He is going to spend his on leveling up his WoW character! WTF?!
He has a lvl 70 something, and has another lower lvl character, but is actually going to PAY some company, who specialise in this, level up. To me I think this is just taking it a bit too far. I mean to actually spend money on top of the subscription fee for playing the game, he is going to pay someone else!
That is just nonsense to me.
