The worst driver I've seen, are defiantly Asians and Canadians. Now that Canadians are coming to the States to shop, I have seen twice and many collisions. Asians are just crazy drivers lol

Anyone who uses a cell phone. My sister txts with her cellphone while driving and riding with her is the scariest thing ever. She pretty much only looks at the road every 7 seconds.

well, in terms of abiding to the rules, i'd say Poles are the worst. However, they almost never crash...they have insane reflexes and just mad skillz.
From a technical viewpoint, the worst are either a) 55-60 white females with a cell phone and too many kids, along with a crappy car or b) those nutters in those pathetic Civics with a modded exhaust and a terrible stereo cranked loud and terrible music with terrible distortion. Considering where I live, I would have voted Mass. But then I went to Kuwait. Kuwaiti drivers = BSoD!!!
